Art and Design Department
With a team of expert designers and external design consultants A3 signs is capable of design the client needs into virtual reality. Widely known as ‘Mind Readers’; our designers virtually can visualize and design every aspect of client requirement. The Art and design department is equipped with the latest state of the-art design software like Adobe CS Collections, CorelDraw, 3DSMax, AutoCAD and MicroStation.
Application Department
A3 Signs carefully chooses the machine and materials when it comes to production of signage applications. The department is equipped with Roland cutting plotter (Made in Japan) for vinyl decals; clear lamination on digital prints for more durability, applying Vinyl Graphics on Acrylic, Metal Surfaces, and Foam Boards. On-site application of these are done by expert applicators with strict adherence to quality.
Digital Printing Department
A3 Signs has its own selection of Quality when it comes to printing. We have in house Large Format Digital Printing Machines like Hp5500, UV Flatbed printer(Size 2.44×1.22m) with Ricoh G5 print head, UV Roll to Roll Printer and Roland SJ-1045. These machines are used for Large Digital Printing for Flex face light box, Building Wraps, One Way Vision Graphics, Vehicle Graphics, Outdoor Banner, Rollup Banner, Promotional Graphics, Retail Environment Graphics, etc. Print Media is carefully chosen by team of experts and certified vendors to ensure the print quality and durability.
CNC Routing and Metal Cutting
In-house Flexicam CNC Routing Machine offering solutions for Wood Sculptures, Architectural Patterns, Engraving, Mould Making for Vacuum Forming. 3D cutting on various materials is carried out by the expert technicians using the CNC machine.
